We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect base for visiting rijksmuseum in the vicinity. Taste the food at Italian District, set in front of the venue and you won’t be disappointed.

Great location.

The toilets - only two in the whole hotel and one of them so small you can hardly close the door. The stairs to climb up - very steep and hard work with cases so not good if you have heavy luggage or have any difficulty walking or climbing. Not for older people or young children.

I liked soft bed, sun block curtains are great, bus stop to the airport right in front of the hotel and peaceful area, no noise at all.

I didn't like stairs in the hotel, bad shower, fixed very poor breakfast at 8.30, hotel needs renovation.

We stayed at an apartment and it was convenient to the tram and supermarket. It was spacious, clean and good value for the money.

The apartment was suppose to have 2 bedrooms but one of the bedrooms doesn't have doors so not really private. It was ok for us as a family but 2 couples might find it inconvenient. Also there were 2 small refrigerators and one of them didn't work so some of our food spoiled.

Location of the apartment was good. Mini-kitchen was very useful

Apartments are located at a different location than the hotel itself. And you don't know where you gonna stay until you arrive the hotel. It was very noisy: traffic, other guests (walls are thin) bathroom sink was clogged apartments are not cleaned daily. Thus, same towels and sheets as long as you stay

Room was very small. Not as described. Booking was for Twin room but we were given double bed

The location (close to Vondelpark, museums and tram stops), spacious triple room, towels were changed every day and nice breakfast served in the room

The price.

If you want a cheap hotel it's ok, but the room was 'poor', old furniture, old...everithing. The best part was the breakfast, which is served in the room. If you go to Amsterdam to 'party', and you don't want to spend a lot of money for a hotel, Bema is ok...

the apartment was old, it needs restoration of some rooms (bath and kitchen); wiring seems a little unsecure; cleaning is improvable

Communication was very good even when we had a problem with the credit card. The room where we were staying was 5 minutes from the hotel in a perfect location for a fantastic prize. Close to the city center and city park in a calm location. Clean beds, fridge, microwave, hangers all you need for a rest after an exhausting day. Big plus is that we had two sets of keys, great feeling of having your own little flat in Amsterdam.

The staff was very friendly and kind. Lication is good, easy to find. The hotel is totally in holland style.The breakfast was served in our room and was really veryyyyyy goooood!

the shower was uncomfortable, old and not really clean. but towels where nice)

The stuff is very helpful and friendly. Note that it is not just a hotel but an apartments scattered around the city .We got nice and big apartment on a very good location. The reccomended parking worked perfectly even though it was not close to the appartment. But that is problem anywhere in Amsterdam center.

stairs are very steep and no elevator, problem with a luggage and people with walking difficulty. No wi-fi.

We stayed in 2 Bedroom apartment so no idea about Hotel rooms. In our apartment, rooms were big and clean. Kitchen had all necessary facilities. Apartment was located near to Centraal Station (8-10 min by tram). Overall very good experience for us. I will definitely recommend this.

Steps were very steep but that's the characteristic of Amsterdam houses. It might be difficult if you have large suitcases.

The hotel is near the center and bus stops.
